２． 法人・団体・公的機関の取り扱い
原則放置
法人・団体については、カテゴリによって扱いが違いますが、原則として放置であるとご理解ください。 社会・出来事カテゴリ内では、批判・誹謗中傷、インターネット内で公開されている情報、インターネット外のデータソースが不明確なもの、は全て放置です。
その他のカテゴリ内では、掲示板の趣旨に関係があり、客観的な問題提起がある・公益性のある情報を含む・その法人・企業が外部になんらかの影響を与える事件に関係している・等の場合は放置です。学問カテゴリ内では、この判定を厳しくいたします。
公的機関については、他の削除基準と掲示板の趣旨に反しない限り放置します。

削除対象
電話番号については、明らかに公的なもの以外は確認手段が確立していないので一律削除対象になります。
その他、放置対象ではない場合は削除されることがあります。削除の可否は、依頼があった時点で考慮されることになり、最終的に管理人が判断します。
Important deletion object

-IDO1:Telephone number,character string where telephone number issuggested.

3.Deleter must not delete it as follows foreither.
(デリーターは次の何れかの場合には削除してはいけません。)
-When there is no reason that corresponds to deletion GL or local rule of
ofeach board,
(-削除GL或いは各板のローカルルールに該当する理由がない場合。)
-When it is a administrator judgment object.
(-管理人判断対象となっている場合。)
-When not corresponding to the important deletion object by deletion GLamong
the deletion requests of the corporation and the group.
(-法人・団体からの削除依頼の内、削除GLで重点削除対象に該当しない場合。)
依頼方法
担当部署および担当責任者の連絡方法（メールアドレス可）が必須です。それ以外は、通常の依頼と同様に削除理由と削除対象の特定も必要です。
メールや電話よりも、削除依頼をお勧めします。削除要請板ではフォームから入力し、新規スレッドを立ててお願いします。
内容証明や電話やメールなどで削除内容に対する説明をいただけば考慮はしますが、そういった場合も、上記のように削除依頼を出していただいた上でお願いします。
Method of requesting deletion to the administrator
(管理人への削除依頼方法)
Please send Email addressed to the administrator when
correspondingtothefollowing either and request the deletion.
(次の何れかに該当する場合には管理人宛にEmailを送って削除依頼してください。)
-When it is not deleted though the deletion request
wasdonealongabove-mentioned "Method of requesting a usual deletion".
(-上記の「通常の削除依頼方法」に沿って削除依頼したが、削除されない場合。)
-when you want to do the deletion request because of the item to
whichithasbeen described that the administrator judges the deletion
indeletionGL.
(-削除GLにおいて管理人が削除の判断を行うことが記載されている項目を理由として削除依頼したい場合。)
-When you want to do the deletion request by the reasonthatdoesn'tcorrespond
to the item of deletion GL or localrule of eachboard.
(-削除GL及び各掲示板のローカルルールの項目に該当しない理由で削除依頼したい場合。)
-When it wants to assume the law to be grounds and to
dothedeletionrequest.
(-法令を根拠として削除依頼したい場合。)
-When you want to do the deletion request as a corporation and a group.
(-法人・団体として削除依頼したい場合。)
Please describe all the following items when requesting it.
(依頼の際には次の事項を全て記載してください。)
-Name and address in case of individual. Corporate name, post
name,andpersonin charge name in case of corporation and group.
(-個人の場合は住所氏名。法人・団体の場合は法人名と部署名と担当者名。)
-URL and contribution number of thread to which contributionthatdoesdeletion
request has been described.
(-削除依頼する投稿が記載されているスレッドのURLと投稿番号。)
-Reason to request deletion.
(-削除を依頼する理由。)
-Email address reply ahead.
(-返信先のEmail アドレス。)
Please write, "[Deletion request]" in the subject of Email.
(Emailの件名のところには「[Deletionrequest]」と書いてください。)
